I recently did my garage floow with 100% epoxy and now my neighbor wants me to do his but he says that he wants to pay a fair price and not to charge him just to say I did. How much doest this cost usually?

When you combine costs, you need to add prep and DI?Y pricing. 1k to 1400 dollars might be enough depending on where you are. But that's only for 400 sqft. and might not even include other added works.

$1400 is too low for where I'm at... It should be $2500 at the least, then with added stuff it would possibly reach $3000. @prestigious-iceberg77's estimate is closer to the truth.
