What’s the best primer out there?

So I finally finished wrestling with 77 sheets of drywall in my basement. I mean like hung 'em, taped 'em, slapped on the mud, and sanded it all down!

I did three coats of joint compound, so it's obviously pretty smooth.

Now, about the primer. I've been reading a bunch of stuff online and was planning to use the Benjamin Moore STIX, but my folks are saying it's not as good as we see on the review. The last thing I want is a primer that shows flashing. And yeah, I'm only planning on doing one coat of primer.

So, people of this forum, please tell me the best primer other than this brand. I just don’t want to mess this up!

Heard a few people that have good luck with Kilz PVA Drywall Primer. haven't used it personally yet but looking to

Overall experience, mine and contacts and friends, my thoughts are Zinsser Bulls Eye, Sherwin-Williams Multi-Purpose Latex, Glidden or ProMar are excellent choices, depending on what you want to get and how much you're willing to spend
