So we created a stamped concrete walkway in the barn. it's beautiful, nice patterns but there's the thing..
when the walkway becomes damp, it becomes a skating rink for my chickens. Oh how funny when you see them fight for their lives while sliding!

Anyway, I'm here to help the chickens. Any recos for good clear coating? Thanks!!

For stamped concrete sealers, acrylic based products like Super Seal 25 or Masonry Saver Decorative Concrete Sealer significantly add grip and protection. They're created to be UV resistant and breathable, so they enhance safety without changing the walk way's look. Have you tried testing a small patch first to check the results? It could save you some guesswork!

Honestly, just seal it properly and stop making your chickens the laughing stock of the barn already, haha. Get a high quality non slip concrete sealer, there are several good clear coat products that not only protect the concrete but also add a bit of grip to prevent any more chicken chaos.
