Client wants a change

A few weeks ago I was contacted by a single mom looking to repaint her house. I took the measurements, did the math and gave her an offer. Her budget was tight, but I managed to squeze something where both sides are happy. A few days ago she reached out to me asking for some minor changes, at least that's what she called her. Those minor changes included some small artwork in her son's room. I don't have a problem doing them, but when I factor in the time and paint, it's going over her budget. What do you think I should do?

Uhmm... @Brushesbushes I think be upfront about the extra cost for the changes. Most clients appreciate honesty, and it keeps expectations clear without feeling like you're overcharging
