Choosing the best finish for a busy kitchen floor.

We're refinishing the kitchen floor, and BM Fresh Start oil (094) is already down to keep it looking fresh throughout. Now it's time to choose between Command or BM Porch and Floor for durability against spills and daily foot traffic. Which one would you recommend for an area that sees a lot of action?

BM Porch and Floor is the right pick, just based on the durability plus it's also scratch resistant so you'll have floors squeaky clean for as long as you can.

It's great to hear that BM Porch and Floor stands out. Does it also hold up well against moisture from kitchen spills or would a sealant layer help add extra protection?

I used it before and it's holding up well. but you need to have a proper surface preparation (cleaning, priming if necessary), and follow the application instructions
 
Went with BM Porch and Floor. To add extra protection, applied a polyurethane-based sealant on top (should make cleaning easier and provide an additional layer of durability against daily wear and tear).

The finish looks great and I'm confident it'll hold up well in the busy kitchen environment. Appreciate all your advice that helped me make the best choice for this project!
 
I wouldn't recommend command for residential wood floors, it doesn't bond all that well. I would go with bm porch
