Can anyone share their set up? With the air and fluid pressure, tip etc. and whether you thin your product or not? I'm kinda having difficulties spraying Kem Aqua + on verticals without getting runs. Im using the titan 440 and it seems like its just not it for me. Any suggestions?

I use a Graco 395 with a 517 tip for spraying kem aqua+. I thin it 5 to 10% with water and keep air pressure around 2200-2400 psi, and fluid pressure at 1000 psi. Try a smaller tip like 411/413 to avoid runs, and adjust fan width for an even spray on verticals, really hope this helps

I use air-assisted airless for this by the way, around 1200 psi... Titan 440 is a little too much for small and vertical pieces so... I think you can try something with a fine finish tip maybe a 210 or 310.

The previous comments are on to something!
The key to avoiding runs with water-based finishes on vertical surfaces is reducing the fluid pressure.
Just enough to get a good atomization without spitting!
You'll likely experiment so I suggest you start really low and increase gradually.
For air pressure on an airless like the Titan 440, you have to play with the nozzle adjustment too so you get the ideal fan pattern and atomization quality!
