Here's what I use for a professional wall paint finish

Figured I'd chime in with what I've been using lately for interior wall jobs, since the "what paint would you use?" question comes up a lot around here. As a full time painter, I've tested pretty much everything over the years, from budget brands to the high end stuff clients request by name. For most residential interiors, my current go to is Benjamin Moore regal select (Eggshell or Matte), it has great coverage, smooth finish, low odor, and it touches up well even months later and if the client's budget allows, Aura is a step up, especially in darker colors or for high traffic rooms, then....on to the more affordable end, PPG Ultralast has been impressing me for the price

I avoid the big box store brands sometimes unless it's a quick rental flip or something that doesn't demand longevity really

Try Benjamin Moore Regal Select for most interior jobs, solid coverage, low odor and easy to touch up. Aura's even better if the budgett allows, especially for dark rooms or high traffic areas. PPG Ultralast has also been a nice surprise for the price. I skip big box paints unless it's a quick rental or something low stakes.

I've had the same experience, Benjamin Moore Regal Select is my go-to for most interior jobs, especially in eggshell or matte. Aura's excellent for dark colors or high-traffic areas, and PPG Ultralast is solid on a budget.
