Looking to find the best and most efficient ways for this project that I'm about to get into, so its a house thats over a 100 years old that has about 17" grooved cedar split-shake siding. I prefer something more like a feather-edged brush. I've also been eyeing some of the Festool sanders though Im not quite sure it'll be a good one for me. Thoughts?

One tip is to always set proper expectations and just be real. Ive used sanding sponges, scrapers at certain angles, wire brushes and some nylon brushes. Always let them know that its not going to look brand new but it'll improve by your efforts of course.
