Bubbles appeared at the wall

So i was painting an older house that probably had a lot of painting layers through the years. Have you seen a bubbles in wall after applying prime? I've been painting for years now but nothing like this happened before. i know i'm not a real pro i still got a lot of things to learn but what can be the cause of those bubbles? anyone have an idea?

Where do you live? It maybe has something to do with that. If you live in a place that's more prone to moisture then that's gonna push the primer outward really. And you mentioned it's got a lot of layers already? Old paint is less likely to adhere so... not sure how to go about that. Clean the surface very thoroughly and maybe sand, just add an extra charge if possible for your trouble.

I agree with it. Sanding is going to take some time, however, so just charge the homeowner a little bit more. If you have a crew with you, price it appropriately and don't forget. Make sure there's something written on the contract on that rates may change depending on the service identified or something.
